Nassif

Nassif Ali is an illustrator, sketch artist, and storyteller whose work moves between travel diaries, architectural studies, and deeply personal visual narratives. Drawing inspiration from history, literature, old cities, and everyday encounters, his art often combines intricate line work with an observational, journal-like intimacy.

Much of his practice emerges from travelling with sketchbooks in hand — documenting monuments, streets, people, and fleeting moments through ink and watercolor.

Alongside visual art, he writes reflective travelogues and essays that explore memory, culture, and place. His work is shaped as much by curiosity and research as by emotions, encounters and experiences.
